Payment: We accept payment via Paypal, Check or Money Order. You can pay by credit card, check or bank transfer immediately thru Paypal. We have the link to Paypal on our checkout page. You can now pay via Paypal without opening an account. If you choose to mail us a check, it must be with a U.S. bank and written in U.S. funds. We will wait until the check clears before the merchandise is shipped out. This can take up to ten days in some instances. If you would like to pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check, that is fine, as well. Your merchandise will ship as soon as payment arrives. Please send a copy of your invoice with your payment. We can hold an item for you while waiting on payment to arrive for 7 days. Most of our items are unique and often one of a kind so we will need to put them back into our inventory if we have not received your payment within seven days of your purchase.
Tennessee residents must pay sales tax for your purchases.
We try our very best to describe all of our items accurately. Due to the nature of our business, many of these items are vintage and antique. They are elegantly shabby and have been well loved before. They may have flaws which make them even more unique. We will do our best to describe these to you in our item descriptions. All sales are FINAL, so if you have a question about an item and its description, please feel free to ask in advance of purchase. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have. If there is a problem with any item you purchase, please contact us and we will be gracious in trying to work something out with you. We value your business!
We pack everything ourselves, by hand. If you purchase more than one item they may be shipped together, if they will ship safely that way, or they may ship separately, depending on the items. We are not able to ship larger items such as furniture, internationally, at the present time unless you arrange for the shipping of the item. We will be happy to work with any shipping manner you so choose. Your item(s) will arrive to you via UPS or USPS. Our shipping charges do include processing, handling and packing. Shipping charges are calculated by the item weight and your location once it is packaged and ready to go. In some cases we can estimate shipping charges for you when you make your purchase and shipping charges will be added at that time. In other instances, especially with heavier items, you will be invoiced separately for additional shipping charges, if necessary.
